“Go with Horizon Garage Door but be clear in your communication. They had the best price in town for a 15K cycle single residential spring replacement. All competitors quoted me higher for a lower quality spring but was caught off guard with the final bill. I mentioned cables needing replacement during the initial quote and they came up again during inspection however I was not expecting them to increase my bill by 60%. They were installed prior to being quoted their cost. Which resulted in the final payment being somewhat uncomfortable. Overall they perform professional work. Their pricing for springs is competitive but cables are not. Communication could use work but bonus star for being honest, not trying to up sell and being professional where is matters most.”

All said and done, the guy who came out did a poor job and charged way more then was discussed. When he left it did not work. That Company would not return my calls. Fortunately, I found Horizon and they agreed to come take a look at my door problems. As a result, my door is fixed properly, and I was treated like a customer should be.
