"Go with Horizon Garage Door but be clear in your communication. They had the best price in town for a 15K cycle single residential spring replacement. All competitors quoted me higher for a lower quality spring. I mentioned cables needing replacement during the initial quote and they came up again during inspection however I was not expecting them to increase my bill by 60%. They were installed prior to being quoted their cost. Which resulted in the final payment being somewhat uncomfortable. Overall they perform professional work. Their pricing for springs is competitive but cables are not. Communication could use work but bonus star for being honest, not trying to up sell and being professional where is matters most."

The home we just moved into was built 11 years ago. Brother's Ray & Brad were able to stop by the same day to evaluate and make suggestions, then perform the upgrades/maintenance items the next day. They were knowledgeable, efficient, reasonable, honest and personable. Both garage doors are operating smoothly and quietly. Very happy with the service they provided.
