This one had seen better days. The old door was cracked along the bottom panel, paint was peeling badly, and the whole thing looked like it had been patched and ignored for years. On top of that, the interior side had been covered in spray-painted graffiti - not exactly the kind of first impression anyone wants. It was well past the point of repair.

When a door gets to that stage, trying to salvage it isn't the right call. Cracked panels don't just look bad - they can affect how the door seals, how it operates, and whether the hardware wears out faster than it should. A full replacement made a lot more sense here.

We pulled the old door out completely and installed a brand new sectional door with fresh panels and clean hardware throughout. The difference is night and day. The new setup fits properly in the opening, the hardware is solid and properly tensioned, and the door actually does its job the way it's supposed to.

What we ended up with is a door that works reliably and looks sharp doing it. The raised-panel detail on the exterior gives it a clean, finished look that holds up well against the building's existing siding. And from the inside, the new track system and panel bracing are all properly aligned and installed tight - no shortcuts.

A bad door doesn't have to stay that way. Whether it's cracked panels, a door that won't seal right, or something that's just worn out from years of use, garage door repair and full replacement are both things we handle - and we do it right the first time.
